Student Athlete Advisory Committee
The intent of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee is to provide an opportunity for student athletes to play a role in informing policy and communicating team issues, while representing The Evergreen State College and their respective teams.
What functions does SAAC serve?
- Discuss and provide feedback on issues affecting student-athlete welfare
- Assist in educating student athletes about relevant issues on campus
- Increase and improve student athletes’ understanding of any policies or procedures
- Promote student athlete participation and leadership in campus-wide and community events or service projects
- Provide a forum for addressing student athlete concerns

Natalie Taylor, Women’s Volleyball
Loren Switzer, Women’s Soccer
Brook Swensen, Women’s Soccer
Autumn Moorcroft, Women’s Basketball
Jaurence Chisolm, Men’s Basketball
Additionally, Cheyenne Baird serves as the Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) SAAC Vice-Chair during the 2016-17 academic year, and Autumn Moorcroft serves as a CCC SAAC representative.
